Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary to cancel your regular cleaning day , Above the best cleaning services merely requires you to give two (2) business day notice. If we receive less than two (2) business day notice, or don't have access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning.

What if nobody can be home?

Most of our customer issue us with a key. We are very security conscious and alarm codes are kept a secret.
